When we are feeling burned out or uninspired, those energy deficiencies can often tie in with feeling out of touch with our bodies and our sexuality.

In this workshop, Anna Toonk and I will harness the energy of the solar eclipse and new moon double Leo wallop to reclaim our feminine power. Together, we will create an evening of ritual to reveal what we are being called into: tapping into our sexuality and sensuality, pursuits of pleasure, being seen, and claiming our desires. 

To reconnect to our senses, we will start with a guided meditation combined with the healing power of roses to help us release what is preventing us from really shining. We will then go into a discussion into how sexuality and sensuality are at the root of female creativity, how to connect with it, work with it, and own it on our own terms. This will lead us into a manifestation and release ritual, followed by a partnered activity that illuminates the importance of non-reciprocal touch and sensuality through brief hand and face massages.

We will close the evening creating custom salt scrubs infused with our intentions to move forward with and honor our freshly emboldened and embodied sexuality.

All female and female-identifying students are welcome to join us. Please bring a notebook and pen.
